Reservations
All reservations must be made directly to
www.travelmyanmarinfo.com
You can make reservation through our web site or
directly to:
information@saitravel.com.mm
You are required to provide your Name, Passport
numbers, your Credit Card brand, number and expiry
date.
Payment
Payment for tour cost:
1. We shall collect upon your arrival.
2. Payment should be transmitted to our bank
account:
We are going to inform when we receive booking
from you.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation to a confirmed program,
overseas travel agents or the traveller(s) need to
inform

by phone, e-mail or fax. And we
will send back our acknowledgement by e-mail or Fax.
(1) 30 days prior to arrival No Cancellation
(3) 21 days prior to arrival 25% on Tour Cost
(4) 14 days – 5 Days prior to arrival 50% on Tour
Cost
(5) Less than 5 days or No show 100% on Tour Cost
Above cancellation policy applied to most of our
package. Anyway, for Cruise Packages and Package
with some deluxe hotel arrangements will be
depending on their own cancellation policy. So, you
will be informed a cancellation policy for each
reservation you made.
Liability
www.travelmyanmarinfo.com
takes all the responsibilities only
which are concerned with our tour program. We take
care of the clients’ satisfaction with tour guide,
drivers, meals, accommodation, sightseeing and
transportation. Therefore,
www.travelmyanmarinfo.com is
not responsible for any loss, injury or damage
sustained by the tourists, including those occurring
outside the tour program. All the additional
expenses due to delay, natural disaster, accidents
shall be borne by the tourist. The above agreements
shall govern to any tour program of our tour
participants.
